This is my third day off in a row and its snowed every day. I actually didn't think I'd make it home from work Thursday. I'd driven my car and it rides about 3 inches off the ground and has BALD tires (I know, I know- bad person driving bald tire car). When I left home it was about 18 degrees and dry as a bone.
By 4pm it had snowed gobs... The car was fishtailing (mildly due to good traction control) and I crept along the freeway at about 30 miles an hour, praying I wouldn't get stuck somewhere between Kelso and Castle Rock! I'd also made another grievous error that day and left my cell phone at home, so I was pretty much on my own.
I did make it home- thank goodness!
Since then I've been hanging out, cleaning, doing chores in the snow, watching Homicide Hunter, perusing the internet for horse properties for sale and umm, eating.... Ack. True boredom eating. I've also been fretting about my saddle fit and when to get Cartman shod.
The only one who doesn't seem to mind this weather is my big guy Buddy. Today I tried to get a few good pictures of him in the snow.
Hopefully next post will be full of good riding photos and something more interesting!

Snow is totally overrated. Glad you made it home safe!
sounds like a scary drive! But I totally get you, after just 2 days of rain I had to go for a trail walk in the slippery mud downpour, totally worth it to get out of the house. I'm so glad we don't have snow, good luck!
(not looking out window)
Is it gone yet?
At least the photos are Beautiful! Just a dusting of snow here - was so glad of it! There's still the place up here :-)
